Where It Began
From a living room to a full academy
Namah started small — three students, one harmonium, and a spare room. The founder had spent years teaching at coaching institutes and kept running into the same problem: rigid batches, one-size-fits-all pacing, and very little room for a student's own voice.
So the idea was simple — build a music school around the student, not the syllabus. Every class would be one-on-one. Every mentor would be a working musician, not just a certified teacher. And every learner, from a shy eight-year-old to a working adult picking up guitar for the first time, would get a path shaped around them.
That idea is still exactly why we exist. What's changed is the reach — from a single room to online classes across India, from one instrument to three, and from three students to a community of 500+ learners and 15+ mentors.
